Feasibility study


The Feasibility Study offers an assessment for the market potential for a specific product or service within an anticipated macro and micro business Environment. It is divided into three main phases; marketing, technical and financial feasibility study of a business idea in a comprehensive and detailed manner.


As the purpose of the feasibility study is to assess the potentiality of a business opportunities and its consequences on company performance in terms of profitability, market share customer satisfaction, brand equity …etc. i.e. whether a business opportunity is possible, practical, and viable. Content The feasibility study will be divided into three main components

  • Marketing Study: It includes Profiling the market size, segments, selection criteria and quality perception, market potential, product substitute, competitive profile, alternative positioning strategies as well as proposed marketing mix. A supplemented part to this section will be a review to the main laws and regulations governing the industry.
  • Technical Study: Identifying the investment needed and its maintenance, requirements, the supplies and raw materials as well as the labor and administrated staff.
